The HighStone has been renamed the EagleLedge. We need queens.
We all know that the Falcon/Breeze/Cedar prophecy was, obviously, a failure. Should we have a second one? Any ideas for it? Vote on the poll and tell me your ideas at the Information Page!
Also, look at the history of FalconClan, named The Feathers of a Falcon (its in the sidebar, under "Important Pages")
I've changed the limit of cats per person from 6 to no limit at all. However, don't go crazy with your number of cats, or I may ask you to kill or send away one or two of them. Thanks!

Camp Clearing
The Camp Clearing is in the center of the FalconClan camp, with a small, broken tree trunk in the middle where the fresh-kill is kept (or the fresh-kill pile). The HighStone is also there, so cats gather there for the Clan Meetings as well.
Talonstrike bounded up to Violetgaze with a plump vole in his jaws. "Hi, Violetgaze! Here, this is for you," he mewed, dropping it at her paws. "I just got back from hunting, and there's plenty of prey, so I thought I'd get something for you. By the way, where's Pinepaw?" he added, looking around.
"Thanks! And I don't know!! I guess I'll need to gather herbs myself..." Violetgaze meowed. SHe looked at the handsome tom, and she knew he would find a good mate someday. She knew she could never have one though, that was one bad thing about being a medicine cat, but she loved being one anyway.
"I could help you, I guess, 'cause apparently Pinepaw's vanished and Sweetpaw's out on patrol," Talonstrike offered. >She's pretty...< he thought, but quickly shook the thought away. >Violetgaze is a medicine cat! You can't like her!< He reprimanded himself.
(lol, is this gonna be forbidden love? that would be so cool!)
Violetgaze smiled. "Thanks, Talonstrike. Let's go," she meowed. She saw Talonstrike had a slightly odd look in his eyes. >He really is handsome...No, no, Violetgaze. YOU chose to be a medicine cat, so you can't have a mate. Snap out of it!< she thought. But when she looked at him, a quiet purr rose in her throught, but she quickly swallowed it and turned away. "Come on," she muttered, walking away.
Talonstrike shook out his invading thoughts and cleared his head. Bounding after her, he quickly caught up. "Hey, what's the rush?" He asked, only half jokingly. "What herbs do we need to collect, anyway?"
"Well, I think we need juniper and merigold. Do you know what they look like?" she meowed, "Merigold is a golden orange flower with long dark green leaves. Juniper is a kinda pokey, greenish colored bush with hard, pale blue berries. Got it?" She looked at Talonstrike.
"Sure, anything you want," he meowed, smiling at the pretty tan tabby she-cat. "Do we need cobwebs or something? Or maybe borage leaves, for Poppyleaf? Isn't it good for her milk? And watermint? For stomach aches? Dawnshadow taught me a little," Talonstrike admitted, looking down at his paws.
Talonstrike nodded in agreement, and stepped forward to the camp entrance, accidentally brushing against the pretty medicine cat. He quickly stepped back again, ear-tips reddening with embarrassment. (When are they going to admit their love to one another?)
After the gathering, Brookfur strode confidently toward the fresh-kill pile while Willowlilly lagged behind and examined the camp clearing around her. She loved the sense friendship in the place. She had grown up as a rogue with her sister and no love at all. She decided to go talk to Violetgaze. She really didn't feel hungry anyway.
Hollysplash and Leafsong entered the Falcon Clan camp clearing, their jaws full of prey after a sucessful hunt. Hollysplash headed straight for the fresh-kill pile, seeming to already be familliar with their new surroundings, but Leafsong fell behind slightly. She was still slightly overwhelmed with the kindness Brookstar had shown on taking her and her sister and her best friend into FalconClan
oakfang padded into the clearing carryingtwo mice a vole and a squirrel. he qouickly walked over to the fresh kill pile, dropped his kill, and picked a squirrel up. he went to eat alone in the warriors den.
Brookstar, Sunshadow, and Nightshadow emerged into the clearing, a lot of prey in their jaws. Brookstar dropped all of her catch but one mouse into the pile and headed to the Nursery to give it to the queens.
Sunshadow looked up at the ledge. "Impressive, isn't it?" he muttered under his breath. Nightshadow came to stand beside him. "Well, duh," she said. "It's the EagleLedge!" (..........)
Brookstar's eyes stretched wide. "Could your sister by any change be a white she-cat with black patches and gray eyes?" Darkflame narrowed his eyes, remembering their allied clan's leader- and Brookstar's good friend.
Brookstar stared with narrowed eyes for a moment more, then she sat back, satisfied. "I see. Well, would you like to pay your sister a visit anytime soon?" Darkflame bit back a smile as Nightshadow watched them all in confusion.
Brookstar smiled. "I don't know any Moonlight," she answered, cryptically. Darkflame finally laughed. "But she knows a Moonstar. In fact, your sister's the leader of a Clan that lives right on the other side of the mountain. We could go visit them if you'd like."
Brookstar bit back a "I'm the leader, not you, so don't tell me what to do", and instead nodded. "Alright. Let's go. Darkflame, until Nightclaw comes back you're still in charge. Nightshadow, Talonstrike, come with us." She made her way out of the camp entrance with the muscular ginger tabby behind her.
Nightshadow leaped after the leader, looking over her shoulder. "Come on!" she said to Talonstrike and Sunshadow, bounding after her friend. Sunshadow followed.
"Pinepaw!" Violetgaze called for her apprentice. >Where is he?< she thought.

Mallowheart walked in the clearing, looking for someone to help her. "Can anyone help me please?" the once pretty she-cat meowed.

Azurefern hurried to Mallowheart. "Sure, Brookstar told me to anyway. Come, Streampaw!"

ReplyDeleteBrookstar, Sunshadow, and Nightshadow emerged into the clearing, a lot of prey in their jaws. Brookstar dropped all of her catch but one mouse into the pile and headed to the Nursery to give it to the queens.
ReplyDeleteNightshadow padded away to the medicine cat's den, and after some decision, Sunshadow walked over to the elder's den, coming back just as quickly.

ReplyDeleteDarkflame came up behind them. "You're back. Any prey?" He asked, his voice friendly.
Sunshadow looked behind. "Erm," he stammered. Nightshadow nodded. "We already went to the nursery, elder's den and medicine cat's den," she explained.
ReplyDeleteDarkflame nodded. "That's good." He looked at Sunshadow. "So you're the new cat, huh? How're you liking it here? I hear you're a good hunter."

"Come on. let's explore," said Silverkit. They headed off towards a large cave that was covered in bushes.
Grass pelt returned to camp, and, dropping his catch on the fresh-kill pile, pisked up two mmice, and went over to the nursery.
