We are fierce, yet compassionate. We are proud, skillful, and loyal. We are FalconClan, the clan of the mountains.

The HighStone has been renamed the EagleLedge. We need queens.
We all know that the Falcon/Breeze/Cedar prophecy was, obviously, a failure. Should we have a second one? Any ideas for it? Vote on the poll and tell me your ideas at the Information Page!
Also, look at the history of FalconClan, named The Feathers of a Falcon (its in the sidebar, under "Important Pages")
I've changed the limit of cats per person from 6 to no limit at all. However, don't go crazy with your number of cats, or I may ask you to kill or send away one or two of them. Thanks!

Maple Wood
The Maple Wood is the second smallest Wood of the Forest, and borders both the Hawthorn and Aspen Woods. The two dominant types of trees here are maple and mountainash, however it is not named the Maple Wood because if it. Mapleflight, a young and beautiful medicine cat was killed in this wood by an enemy clan while protecting a litter of kits that had strayed off, and the Wood was named after her in honor. It is one of the more beautiful parts of the forest, but beware of the cliff that leads to sheer drop off the mountain at the eastern border. It is well-hidden with shrubbery, vines, and trees. Prey here mostly consists of mice, birds, and squirrels.

Nightclaw sped after Berylmist, his heart pounding with energy as they arrived Maple Wood. He paused, smiling at Berylmist, then parting his jaws to let in the deep smell of the wood. Another scent interrupted him: the scent of mouse. Nightclaw instinctively crouched down, slithering forward, keeping his eyes on the mouse. Almost at once he pounced, killing the prey with one swift bite.

Berylmist smiled back at the deputy and watched admiringly as he stalked and killed the prey. "Great job!" She complimented, purring. "But," she added, "I bet I can do better!" She flicked his ear with her tail-tip teasingly, an amused expression in her beautiful blue eyes. "My turn," she whispered almost savagely as she spotted a huge blackbird. Berylmist came up from behind the bird, almost floating over the ground as she made sure not to make a single noise. Just before she had to pounce, the blackbird looked up, alarmed. It began to fly off when she sprang as high as she could into the air, catching the bird between her paws, then thudding it against the ground and killing it with a quick twist of the neck. She buried it, scraping earth over her freshkill while it was still warm for later.
ReplyDeleteNightclaw laughed. "Sure, but I let you have that one." He glanced out of the corner of his eye and spotted a rabbit, nibbling on what looked like a seed. Nightclaw crouched, his belly fur just above the grass, and crept forward. He was about to pounce, but the rabbit twitched its ear, then broke off into a run. The deputy chased after it, his paws pounding rhythmically on the forest floor. He was at the same pace as the rabbit now, and he pounced. Sinking his teeth into the prey, the tabby smiled proudly and headed back to bury his prey with the mouse.
ReplyDelete-Nightclaw
"Yeah, right." Berylmist glared at Nightclaw, but there was a glint of amusement in her eyes. She spotted a squirrel out of the corner of her eye just as Nightclaw saw the rabbit. She stalked, silently, carefully, as she knew how fast squirrels were in climbing- even FalconClan cats, however skilled they were at scaling heights, were no match for the speedy creatures. The squirrel, sitting innocently on a branch with a nut in its tiny front paws, was oblivious to the fact that it was about to be killed for prey. Berylmist gave a great leap, one that would have made their SkyClan ancestors proud, and batted the squirrel out of the tree and killed it with a swift bite.
ReplyDelete(doncha luv the warrior books reference XD)
(Haha, perfect huh?)
ReplyDeleteNightclaw saw the squirrel hanging limp from Berylmist's jaws, and focused again on another piece of prey. A sparrow sat next to some roots of an oak tree, pecking at seeds that had been spilled on the ground. He dropped low, his eyes focused on his target. The deputy pounced as the bird flew, hooking his claw on one of its wings and dragging it down with him. With a swift bite, Nightclaw dropped the prey with the others, covering it up.
-Nightclaw
(hey, don't you think we should have like, a battle? With....maybe some rouges? It'll add more excitement, cuz by the end, we'll be carrying back a lot of prey...)
(good idea...)
ReplyDeleteBerylmist froze after she buried the catch. She smelled something, a rotten stench that painted pictures in her mind of blunt claws slashing cats' faces...
"Badger!!!" She yowled, alerting her companion as a little badger cub came tumbling through a bush. She stared at it in confusion for a second. She had expected a huge, towering animal that was charging them down. But soon, another thought came to her mind. When there was a cub, there was a mother! And female badgers with cubs were the fiercest badgers she knew...
The mother badger came roaring through the undergrowth, trampling trees and, unfortunately, Nightclaw's half-covered squirrel. Berylmist screeched in defiance and terror and flung herself at the creature, clawing out pawfuls of black and white fur. The badger, enraged, sent Berylmist flying through the air after a slash across her face, and the silvery blue tabby she-cat slammed into a mountainash tree then slid down, where she lay motionless.
(no, she's not dead :D)
"Berylmist!" Nightclaw yowled, then turned on the badger, his amber eyes blazing with anger.
ReplyDelete"You'll pay...." He lunged at the badger, his claws outstretched, and clung onto the black fur, struggling to climb on the female badger.
The badger snarled, throwing Nightclaw off.
Nightclaw slid backwards, and growled. He charged, ducking under the badger at the last second. The deputy raked the badger's belly, and scrambled out before she could crush him. He glanced over to Berylmist, her flank rising up and down slowly.
-Nightclaw
Berylmist coughed, then stood up, only to fall down again. Her back leg was bleeding and twisted in an awkward angle. She gritted her jaws and forced herself to stand upright, then limped forward as fast as she could, and launched herself towards the badger, ignoring the exploding pain in her leg. Berylmist slashed at the badger with every little ounce of strength she had, becoming a whirlwind of claws of teeth, and she drove the female badger a few foxlengths back into the bushes before she collapsed of mere exhaution.
ReplyDeleteNightclaw looked at Berylmist worriedly. "Are you alright?" Berylmist nodded and Nightclaw snarled again at the incoming badger. He pounced, scratching the badger's muzzle, bringing it back a few tail-lengths. The deputy pricked his ears at the sound of trampling feet. He glanced back, only to get hit by a blow from the badger.
ReplyDelete- Nightclaw -
Berylmist hissed at the creature but couldn't get up. Just then, Skypaw and Azurepaw shot into the clearing, yowling. Azurepaw immediately went to Berylmist's side, and meowed, "Are you okay? Are you hurt? Well, duh, but..." she trailed off, and looked frantically around for something. Out of the corner of her eye she saw a flash of bright yellow... marigold? She quickly bit some off, chewed it into a pulp, and then spit it onto the wound while Berylmist yowled in agony. But slowly, it began to feel better. Azurepaw slapped on some leaves over the poultice and wound. "Sorry, there's no cobwebs and it's probably broken and the marigold only works for infections, but I think it'll have to do for now..." She glanced over her shoulder, seeing Skypaw and Nightclaw battling bravely, and told her elder sister: "I'd better help them. Are you alright by yourself?"
ReplyDelete"It's okay, I'll be fine, I'm a warrior, you know. Thanks anyway," Berylmist added, sounding a little bit annoyed that she was being taken care of by an apprentice.
"'Kay! Be careful!" Azurepaw mewed brightly and ran over to Skypaw's side, then diving underneath the badger to bite into its hind leg.
(When do you think we should drive the badger out?)
(I'm not sure.......few more comments probably.)
ReplyDeleteSkypaw nodded briefly to Azurepaw, then sped to the side of the female badger, raking his claws across her flank.
- Skypaw -
Nightclaw winced, swiping a paw across his muzzle. He hissed at the badger, leaping onto its back, giving the female badger's ear a bite.
- Nightclaw -
(kk. Oh yeah, I joined ur half-blood camp thing.)
ReplyDeleteAzurepaw, though she hadn't had any training yet, was exhilirated at the thought of her first battle. "Take that, you piece of fox dung!" She growled at the creature as she clawed off half her ear then leapt onto her back to dig her claws in.
(I know. You're added.)
ReplyDeleteSkypaw growled at the badger, gaining on it. "It's almost out! Keep going!"
-Skypaw
(yay!!! XD)
ReplyDeleteAzurepaw battered the creature with her front and back claws, shredding its stiff, black fur.
Nightclaw snarled at the badger, driving it farther and farther away from FalconClan. "Where could we chase it off to?"
ReplyDelete- Nightclaw -
Berylmist looked up, hearing the deputy's question. "Nightclaw! The EchoClan border isn't far away, but Jadestar won't like it. But I think it's the only choice we have!"
ReplyDeleteAzurepaw glanced over her shoulder at her older sister, and looked back at Nightclaw and Skypaw. "Um, I agree!" She managed to nod her head vigorously while clawing at the badger's muzzle.
"Alright! Nightclaw glanced off to the distance. "Almost at EchoClan's border!" He clawed at the badger's thick pelt, clumps of black fur falling to the forest floor.
ReplyDelete- Nightclaw -
Azurepaw, along with Skypaw, drove the badger back as hard as they could. The badger shook its great head, frustrated that it was being defeated.
ReplyDeleteSkypaw slashed his claws at the badger's muzzle, driving it farther and farther out of FalconClan territory.
ReplyDelete- Skypaw -
(d'you... do you want it to be gone now? You can play it.)
ReplyDeleteAzurepaw, though it was her first battle, snarled fiercely and battled like the whole of LionClan.
Flarestorm padded into the woods with Leafsong.
ReplyDeleteLeafsong gave Flarestorm a playful glance. "I bet I can catch more prey than you!" she challenged, her green eyes glittering.
ReplyDelete~Leafsong
(When are they going to admit that they like each other?)
(When they're done hunting?)
ReplyDelete"I bet you can't!" He growled playfully.
~~*Flarestorm
Leafsong's sharp ears suddenly caught the sound of quiet scrabbling in the undergrowth and a few heartbeats later she spotted the squirrel nibbling a nut at the foot of a tree. She flattened herself to the ground and crept forward before performing an astounding leap and killing the unfortunate squirrel with a swift bite.
ReplyDeleteShe turned back to Flarestorm, eyes gleaming with triumph.
~Leafsong
(How about Flarestorm saves Leafsong from something, and she suddenly realises that she likes him?)
Flarestorm watched with amazment. "You're a great hunter!" He remarked with great honesty.
ReplyDeleteLeafsong smiled. "You're probably better," she mewed. "You try."
ReplyDelete~Leafsong
"Wait," Flarestorm paused and his hackles rose.
ReplyDelete(You can make something come after her now)
(How about a fox?)
ReplyDelete"What is it?" asked Leafsong, fluffing out her fur. Her question was answered by a sleek red-furred animal creeping out of the undergrowth, eyes glinting evily; a fox.
Leafsong immeadiately tensed and arched her back, hissing, before she leapt at the fox; slashing at its muzzle with her claws unsheathed.
~Leafsong
(Should they become mates?)
(Okay and sure)
ReplyDeleteFlarestorm jumped after her, he leaped on the foxs' back since he was bigger and grabbed on with his claws, kicking his back legs as hard as he could.
Leafsong jumped out of the way of the fox's snapping jaws, and ducked under its head to wriggle under its body and she latched her claws into its belly fur. She could feel her pelt pulsing with energy, and as soon as the fox tried to catch her, she rolled from underneath it, just as Flarestorm jumped off the fox. She suddenly felt her heart stop as she met his shining, bright-eyed gaze.
ReplyDelete~Leafsong
Flarestorm grinned when his eyes met hers but he would not let her distract him, if the fox got ahold of her he would never be able forgive himself. He slid under the fox and scratched at it's legs as he ran by.
ReplyDelete(She's going to get hurt now.)
ReplyDeleteLeafsong whirled round to face the fox, just in time to see a huge paw swinging at her. She didn't have time to jump out of the way, and the fox's paw hit her with the force of a bullet; throwing her across the small clearing. She hit the ground awkwardly, landing heavily on one paw, and immeadiatly pain shot through her.
~Leafsong
(ok)
ReplyDelete"Leafsong!" Flarestorm yowled and charged at the fox, clawing as hard as he could, when he thought the fox had had enough of his claws he ran to Leafsong's side. "Are you alright?" His eyes showed worry and fear.
Leafsong looked up at Flarestorm, and the sight of him looking so worried gave her strength. She pulled herself to her paws, gritting her teeth at the pain, and placed her injured paw gently on the ground. To her surprise, it didn't hurt too much, and she looked back at Flarestorm. "I'm fine," she mewed, and with a smile she spun round and leapt back at the fox.
ReplyDelete~Leafsong
Flarestorm breathed out with relief and scratched at the fox's nose.
ReplyDelete(When should they drive it out, and where?)
ReplyDeleteLeafsong flicked out her claws and leapt onto the fox's back, digging them in to steady herself. The fox howled, and galloped off into the bracken with Leafsong still clinging to its back.
~Leafsong
"Leafsong!" Firestorm yelped and ran after fox and she-cat.
ReplyDelete(Doesn't matter to me :P )
(The fox will take Leafsong over the border, and then they'll admit that they like each other.)
ReplyDeleteLeafsong ducked to aviod a branch, trying not to let panic overtake her. She crouched against the fox's back; wrinkling her nose at the putrid scent, and dug her claws in deeper to keep herself steady, ignoring the fox's howl of pain. Then suddenly, before she could do anything, a huge branch hurtled towards her, and before she knew what was happening it hit her with such force that it winded her, and she loosened her claws for a heartbeat. A moment later she knew it had been a big mistake, because the fox flicked her off its back before bounding away into the bracken. Leafsong fell heavily to the ground and lay on her side; motionless.
~Leafsong
(It's alright, she's okay. And isn't it Flarestorm not Firestorm?) :)
(Oops :P)
ReplyDelete"Leafsong!" Flarestorm yowled again and spotted the she-cat motionless on the forest floor. He nosed her gentally. "Are you alright?"
Leafsong's head was spinning, but at the sound of Flarestorm's voice, she blinked and opened her eyes. She saw Flarestorm's handsome ginger face and when she looked into his warm emerald eyes, she knew she would never love anyone else. It was time for her to admit her feelings.
ReplyDelete"...Flarestorm..." she began hesitantly, and then continued, forcing herself not to panic. "I love you," she said clearly and perfectly calmly, bracing herself for his reaction.
~Leafsong
"I love you too." Flarestorm's heart raced with emotions. He had thought she hadn't felt the same way but he was excited she did. "Are you able to get back to camp?" He asked worriedly.
ReplyDeleteLeafsong heaved herself to her paws, and nodded.
ReplyDelete"I think I'll be okay, but I might need you to support me," she mewed, sounding calm and buisness like even though her heart was jumping for joy. She buried her nose in Flarestorm's fur as the two cats set off back to camp.
~Leafsong
(Comment next medicine den.)
Flarestorm watched Leafsong, his eyes never leaving her as they walked back to camp.
