Talonstrike missed yet another easy catch; the mouse slipped away from under his claws. His mind was on something else - Violetgaze. Those beautiful violet eyes, her sweet personality, she was everything that matched her with him. But just doing that would destroy the warrior code. And if he was to be the best warrior in the history of FalconClan, how was he supposed to do that when he knew he loved the Medicine Cat?

Nightclaw sighed, Berylmist was just too complicated. He needed someone easier to like, but he just couldn't stay away from her beautiful pelt, shining, reflecting against the moonlight. Nightclaw shook his head, he only just joined, how could he already fall for someone?

Berylmist strolled through the entrance of the warrior's den, yawning after her restful nap. >I really should do something for the clan,< she thought sheepishly. >Maybe I'll just go hunt a bit< Berylmist glanced around for someone to hunt with. >There!< She spotted the dark furred deputy, sitting alone. Hoping he wouldn't get mad at her for asking the clan DEPUTY, she padded up to him, eyes bright and eager. "Hi, Nightclaw!" She purred, looking earnestly at him. "I'd like to do some hunting for the clan, if that's okay. And, well, I was wondering if you'd like to come with me. I mean, the more prey the better, right?" Berylmist added jokingly, eyes twinkling.
Nightclaw glanced at her, surprised. His heart felt as if it was going to pop. "I-um-sure. Where do you wanna go?"

Berylmist gazed at the dark tabby, and cocked her head sideways, her expression thoughtful. "Hmm... I'd try the Hawthorn Wood 'cause it has a lot of prey, or we could do Maple, it's quite beautiful there, but the cliff is a problem. Never mind, you choose." She looked back at Nightclaw, smiling. "You're the deputy, right?" Berylmist laughed, taking a step forward unconsciously.

Berylmist trailed off, her eyes growing misty (haha Berylmist's eyes getting misty) as she became deep in thought. Her head shot back up to look at Nightclaw straight in the eyes. "Sure, let's go!" She mewed excitedly, prancing off towards the entrance tunnel, displaying a shocking change of mood.

Goldenshine was beautiful, and Crowflight liked her a lot. But Crowflgiht wondered if she even payed any attention to him at all.

The she-cat had liked the tom for so long now, ever since she joined FalconClan. Crowflight looked so handsome...but he wouldn't pay any attention to a plain old ginger she-cat, would he? Goldenshine sighed. Maybe it's time to do something. "Hey, Crowflight! Do you want to go hunting?"

Talonstrike padded towards the fresh kill pile, hungry for a plump, juicy rabbit. He scented Violetgaze and looked up, seeing her headed for the fresh kill pile as well. His heart thudded as he saw her, but he forced the feeling down before anyone noticed. If he wasn't going to love her, he could at least be friends with her. "Violetgaze! Come and share a rabbit with me!" Talonstrike called, his voice friendly.

Leafsong gave her creamy chest fur a few quick licks. She was relaxing; it was early evening and she had just been out hunting. Suddenly she felt someone's eyes burning into her pelt, and she looked up to see Flarestorm sitting on the other side of the clearing. His emerald green eyes were shining, but as she looked at him he quickly looked away. Leafsong turned away, a pleasant feeling tingling beneath her pelt.

She yawned, and looked around the clearing, feeling slightly embarrassed; she hadn't hunted or patrolled for the clan all day. Deciding that she would have to go hunting, she looked around for someone to go with. Spotting Flarestorm basking in the sun, she flushed; he looked so handsome with the sun gleaming off his ginger pelt. She bounded over to him and said brightly.
"Hey Flarestorm; do you want to go hunting?"
